The Role:

As Head Waiter/ Waitress, you will oversee Grey's restaurant and afternoon tea service, ensuring that all sections and areas are running smoothly and efficiently.

Our Head Waiter/ Waitress will take responsibility for the daily coaching and development of Chef de Rangs, Commis and take ownership of our guests' individual needs, providing them with the highest level of hospitality and service.

We are looking for:

Head Waiter/ Waitress, ideally with Michelin experience working in a luxury hotel or similar property
Superb guest service skills with a background of exceeding guest expectations
Great product knowledge
Excellent standard of written and spoken English
An engaging personality, able to communicate at all levels
Immaculate personal presentation
Pride and precision in your work
