Description
To provide support to the CS&HCD Homecare Lead and Support in development and maintenance of systems supporting homecare. Assist in the strategic development of Homecare services.

Process homecare prescriptions in a timely manner:
Process homecare invoices in a timely manner. Escalate any prescription discrepancies to the prescriber and chase any outstanding prescription resolutions in a timely manner.

Escalate any clinical queries to the Lead Pharmacist for Clinical Commissioning and Medicines Optimisation or other pharmacist. Check for appropriate Blueteq funding approvals, escalate missing Blueteqs to clinicians or administrators and audit outstanding responses. Maintain Blueteq Drug lists for Homecare relevant medication. Check for trough levels and panel approvals for Immunoglobulin patients and update relevant databases.

To raise invoice discrepancies with homecare providers, review resolutions and chase outstanding responses. To inform the CSHCD Homecare Lead/support of price changes outside of specified parameters. Process credits using the Pharmacy system. Regularly carry out archiving of invoices.

Ensure Datixs or deviations are completion when required. Support service review meetings. Support the management of the homecare companies statement of accounts. Review the received invoices that have not been processed and investigate.

Support contract price update management.
