Do you have business development experience, and are you looking for a new opportunity in Manchester? Our client is seeking a flexible, full-time Business Development Manager (Employee Benefits), and the role comes with a salary of up to £35k p/a.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be a dynamic, resilient, hands-on and experienced salesperson who thrives in a busy environment, succeeds when dealing with multiple challenges and can seamlessly integrate into the wider business.

In your first few weeks in this BD sales management role, you can expect to:

Identify and convert new prospects in the employee benefits market
Manage relationships with thirdparty benefit providers and their clients
Build a pipeline in line with sales targets
Renew and grow existing business
Negotiate new business deals with new clients maximising revenue
The ability to instigate and maintain relationships
The capability to communicate at all levels
The ability to listen and respond appropriately
The will to act as an ambassador ensuring that your behaviour reflects well on the company
The ability to plan and prioritise workload
