As part of an exciting and ambitious digital transformation, our exclusive client is currently seeking a Scrum Master, responsible for the successful delivery of Microsoft Power Platform developments.
This represents an incredible opportunity to contribute to meaningful and fulfilling work, as you help deliver the organisation's technology landscape.
As Scrum Master within the Digital Productivity Services (DPS) Team, you will operate as servant leader, enabling the team to work effectively and ultimately meet delivery goals.
You'll work closely with the DPS Manager and Dynamics Delivery Lead to ensure work flowing into the team is sufficiently defined, can be appropriately delivered, and act as the voice of the development team.
As well as working with the DPS Team, you'll also engage with key stakeholders to resolve issues orimpediments that arise throughout the various stages of delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitating Scrum events/ceremonies such as daily standup, sprint review/retrospective
- Ensuring the successful delivery of sprint goals by removing any blockers or impediments
- Provide dashboards and reports that articulate velocity trends and other key delivery information to stakeholders
- Encourage and actively participate in the continuous improvement of delivery
- Ensure developments meet the agreed requirements, architecture, and quality standards
- Work closely with DPS Manager to plan future sprints and ensure that the needs of the squad are satisfied to ensure successful delivery
Person Specification
- Relevant Scrum Master qualification/experience or other technical delivery qualification/experience
- Strong experience of working with development teams and an understanding of the development lifecycle
- Experience of working within an Agile Framework e.g. Scrum
- Experience of managing the activities of others in a technical delivery team
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
