Description
Control System Engineer / PLCEngineer | up to £40k + package | GloucesterWe are working with a top tier and award-winning control system integration business to add Control System Engineers to one of their design teams.
You need to have at least 2 years' experience in using PLC Software (ideally writing it from scratch, however if you're not quite able to do this there is a lot of scope to train and develop this skills)
Typically, their projects include heavy mechanical handling, bridges, water control gates & barriers, ports, docks, marinas, hoist, winches, haulage, transport systems, mining, plate forming etc.
Outside of this, they also have projects within leisure (rollercoasters),defence, and factory automation.This is a long established and forward-thinking business who have embraced home and flexible working who have seen consistent growth in the last decade even throughout the Covid-19 pandemic.
This continuous growth means that there is plenty of scope and opportunityfor ambitious engineers to progress.They boast an industry leading budget dedicated to improving staff professionally and personally.

We're looking to speak with individuals with the following:- 2 years' experience with PLC Software (Siemens / Allen Bradley)
- Its advantageous to have work history within Control System Engineering or similar
- With an ambition to develop their career and skills further
