Description

We have an excellent opportunity to join the Marine Market Services team as an Insurer Account Handler.

The Marine Market Services team are a dedicated team within the Marine Business Unit with the sole purpose of providing revenue-generating deliverables to insurer partners.

We produce various reports and documents for our customers, using mainly Microsoft technologies, and so have a strong focus on accuracy and completeness in everything we do.

The Role

Acting as the first point of contact for client queries regarding services delivered under Marine Market Services contracts or under London Market Lineslips
Preparation, collation and presentation of deliverables to insurers
Participation in client reviews of deliverables
Reviewing placing data collected from brokers and working closely with them to address any quality issues
Fielding ad hoc queries and requests from Clients and from the Marine Business Unit

The Requirements

Good MS Excel and Word skills
Comfortable in customerfacing situations
Well organised
Attention to detail
Team oriented
A desire to learn by asking questions
