Description

The Recruitment Co are currently hiring a full time HR Coordinator for their client based in Dundee.

Pay rate:
£27,000 - £31,000 depending on experience


Location:
Dundee


Contract:
Permanent full time


Hours of work:
Monday - Friday


Role and responsibilities:

Full responsibility for the HR mailbox while acting as the main point of contact for all HR queries
:

Contributing to the ongoing development of HR related policies and procedures
:

-
Collating, preparing, and submitting accurate and timely monthly payroll data
:

-
Ensuring all associated payroll paperwork, including employee changes to terms and conditions, new start and leaver records are processed, submitted and stored appropriately.**:


  • Maintaining updated database of staff including the calculating and maintaining annual leave entitlements, Company sick pay entitlements, SSP entitlements
:

Being responsible for the facilitating of meetings to support managers including note taking, investigations, and the running of disciplinary meetings, grievances, job evaluations, probationary reviews, informal discussions, and consultations:

Data input for tracking and monitoring of attendance management and facilitating return to work discussions, absence review meetings, and capability hearings
:

Organising resources for new employees that includes IT onboarding, issuing of uniform and locker keys, and the coordinating of new start inductions.

What we are looking for:

-
Experience within an HR role at a similar level including payroll experience
:

-
An excellent communicator and someone able to build excellent working relationships with staff members at all levels across the business.**:


  • Ability to use own initiative but understand when to refer situations for higher level input
:

-
Excellent attention to detail and able to follow instructions and procedures
:

-
Ability to work as an individual and as part of a team
:

-
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Word packages especially Word, Excel and Outlook
:

Level 5 CIPD qualification would be desirable but not essential.
