Job Title:
Deskside Engineer

Location:
Whiteley, Hampshire, UK

Duration: 4 Months (Fully Onsite, 5 days a week, no work from home as of now)

Day rate: 241 GBP per day, Inside IR35
Apple macOS Management - Must have experience of supporting MAC and Windows OS and devices.

Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms(operating within a defined operating model and processes).

Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.
