Our client is a long established and well known independent Estate Agency and Letting Agency in the Plymouth area who are seeking a sales coordinator with on target earnings of up to £29,000 per annum.


The role is a full time sales coordinator, predominately office based as they have a team of sales / viewings negotiators doing external appointments.

The coordinator / in office sales negotiator would however still go out every now again on the occasional viewing. The role would be 90% office based though.


The coordinator role will be all about arranging viewings, providing feedback viewings to clients, dealing with all the new enquiries that come in from the various portals, speaking with applicants and vendors and potential vendors, sales chasing, agreeing sales, looking for business on the phone and getting out leaflet dropping as and when.

Basic is circa 19k plus commissions and bonuses which would take expected earnings to circa £28,000 / £29,000 pa.

Hours would be Monday to Friday with one day working until 5.30. One Saturday in 5 on a rota, - 3.
