To be successful, you'll likely have experience in the following:

  • Working in a People Business Partner or similar role, ideally in a rapidly growing scale-up, or PE-backed business.
  • Managing people relations through periods of significant change.
  • Change management: the ability to bring teams along a journey, from senior leaders through to those just starting their professional journey.
  • Using your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • A strong understanding of business operations, market dynamics, and commercial strategy.
  • Demonstrated success in driving organisational transformation and improving performance.
  • HR/People Partnering experience through mergers and acquisitions and managing postintegration initiatives and strategy is hugely advantageous.

What you'll be doing

Employee Relations

  • Foster a unified commitment to excellence by instilling a culture of continuous improvement and engagement.
  • Identify and embrace emerging trends and opportunities to constantly raise the bar on people deliverables.

Employee Lifecycle

  • Responsibility for employee relations, performance enhancement, and engagement activities.
  • Demonstrate a clear focus on projects focussed on retaining and developing our exceptional talent pool.
  • Lead on compensation and benefits projects to ensure employee development and satisfaction.

Learning & Development

  • Collaborate closely with our L&D team to improve, expand and scale tailored training and development programmes
  • Identify skill gaps, design training programmes, and promote continuous learning to support employee growth and development.

Management & People Data

  • Utilize data analytics to provide insights into workforce trends and make datadriven recommendations for improvement.
  • Guide business leaders through datadriven insights, enhancing performance, productivity, retention, and the employee journey.
  • Design and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms, to drive excellence and accountability across the organisation.

People Strategy

  • Champion crossfunctional collaboration that drives the alignment of peoplerelated programmes
  • Partner with colleagues in the people and talent team alongside business stakeholders to create and implement a cohesive and impactful people strategy
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to include people workstreams within broader service line plans and priorities

Project and Change Management

  • Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions during periods of transformation and growth.
  • Collaborate with the wider people team to build a comprehensive and innovative people project plan

The Nitty Gritty
Our standard working week is a 37.5-hour week on a hybrid basis (with up to 50% of your time across the month home based and the other 50% office based)

Core working hours are 10am - 4pm Monday to Friday
