An exciting opportunity has arisen for a German Speaking Recruitment Consultant to join our team No previous recruitment experience necessary, as full training will be provided.


Cerco IT is a training and recruitment company for the IT sector and has a proven track record of supplying both permanent and temporary IT specialists into the UK's best known IT managed service providers.

We now have an exciting oppourtunity starting in Germany and require a German Speaker to help coordinate this from our office in Crewe

Job Description - Recruitment Consultant


Duties will include:

  • Interview applicants.
  • Posting adverts onto various job boards/hiring platforms.
  • Coordinate and manage the projects and working schedules.
  • Building collaborative relationships with our Employment partners.
Key skills and competencies for a successful Recruitment Consultant.

  • Be Flexible and adaptable
  • Must Speak German and English
  • Good organisational and administrative skills
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Good Office 365 skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills

You can expect:

  • Hours of Monday to Friday :15 with a 45 minute lunch
  • Excellent starting salary of £20,000 to £23,000 depending on skills and experience
  • 20 days annual leave rising to 25 days after 5 years and bank holidays
