    Job Title: Workforce Transformation Partner

    We are seeking an experienced professional to manage a large-scale transformation programme in the public sector.

    The successful candidate will have expertise in organisational development, job planning, and change management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coaching line managers on future workforce strategies
    • SUPPORTING PUBLIC SECTOR TRANSFORMATION PROGRAMMES
    • Developing and implementing job planning and succession strategies
    • Talent mapping and skills analysis for the organisation

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in organisational development, job planning, and change management
    • Extensive experience working in the public sector is essential
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
