Job Summary:


  • Council Tax Officer / Revenues & Benefits Officer

Essential Experience Required:


  • Must have experience of working in a revenue environment.
  • Excellent Council Tax knowledge of council tax administration billing, discounts & exemption, and recovery
  • Experience of dealing with challenging customers call centre element to role

Additional information to note:


  • 2 positions are available.
  • Systems used are Academy & Enterprise.
  • This position is hybrid (40% of the week is required in the office).
