Our practice is renowned for its comprehensive approach to dental care, offering a wide range of treatments from general and preventive dentistry to complex surgical procedures.

Full-Time Treatment Coordinator
Location:
Private Practice with Four Surgeries
Responsibilities:

Patient Consultation: Guide patients through their treatment journey, from initial consultation to post-procedure care.

Treatment Planning: Collaborate with our skilled dental professionals to create personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.

Educational Support: Educate patients on various treatment options, including general dentistry, cosmetic procedures, and surgical interventions such as bone grafts and implant placements.

Financial Coordination: Assist patients in understanding treatment costs, insurance coverage, and financing options, ensuring transparency and affordability throughout the process.

Scheduling and Coordination: Efficiently manage appointment scheduling and coordinate with the clinical team to optimize patient flow and treatment timelines.
Qualifications:

Dental Experience: Previous experience in a dental setting is essential, with a strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures. Experience using the dental monitoring system for orthodontic patients.

Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with patients.

Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
