Large Payroll Function: 7+ specialists


EMEA Payroll Specialist (Hybrid)

  • Maintain relationships with external payroll bureaus
  • Review all monthly payroll journals
  • Handle all payroll related queries from employees and other departments
  • Manage timely and accurate payments of all salaries across the EMEA region
  • Assist with payroll reporting internal and external

The Successful Applicant:


  • Ideally available immediately or on a shorter notice
  • Happy with temp to perm scenario (approx. 36 months of temporary work before permanent conversion)
  • Exposure to working within the EMEA payroll field
  • Experience with outsourced payroll providers
  • Strong communicator
  • Excellent Team Player
  • Happy with hybrid working

What's on Offer:


EMEA Payroll Specialist

  • Salary: Approx. £45,000 £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • Temporary in first instance (hourly rate) permanent conversion approx. 36 months thereafter


  • Location: Reading

  • Parking on site
  • Hours: 40 hours per week (typically 95:30pm)
  • Hybrid: 3 days office based, 2 days WFH
