This is an opportunity to join the Museum's Board at an important time, as we develop and open a new museum for London - The London Museum - on the site we are developing in Smithfield.

The scale and scope of this project requires innovative and creative thinking from Board members, an appetite for achievement, a willingness to challenge positively, and an aptitude to support and work with the Executive and other Board and Advisory members.

• Education & Young People experience of the school, education or youth sectors.
• Social Services & Health Care a champion of the most disempowered in our society or with experience of wellbeing, NHS or creative health practice.
• Business experience of setting up and running a medium sized enterprise or has set up a really innovative new London brand with experience of new business models
• Environment a champion who has experience of reshaping organisations to make them more environmentally sustainable to become carbon neutral.
• Media a professional working in media.
