The Senior Graphic Designer will be joining a hugely successful property business, reporting to the Head of Marketing and joining a small but growing design function, you'd be responsible for the creation, ideation and delivery of creative assets across print, digital, motion and video as well as social channels.

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you'd also have the chance to come up with new building names, create branding campaigns to help launch commercial properties back to the market and drive the outgoing creative function of the business.

Based 5 days a week in their incredible offices, in Chorley, the Senior Graphic Designer will have the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the overall creative strategy for all of the Group brands.
  • Assisting team members with creative designs for both online and offline usage.
  • Creation and development of new campaigns and concepts to effectively launch new properties to market
  • Creation of digital and print assets to aid in sales targets being achieved
  • Lead on projects across brand creation, websites, events and other creative challenges
  • Creating static and moving assets for social media usage
  • Working with external suppliers and agencies on marketing and branding campaigns, in the role of creative support and advisor.
  • Organising the design and artwork of branded items, such as stationery and merchandise and collate relevant information for promotional literature.
  • Support the Marketing Manager and team on day to day activities.
  • Design of marketing assets, such as brochures, flyers, printed and digital adverts, signage, eshots and exhibition related materials.
  • Work confidently with 3rd party suppliers to ensure relationships are maximised.
  • Continuous maintenance and review of the groups' brand guidelines.
  • Track competitor activity by remaining informed of market changes and the marketing mix used by competitors.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the design department.
  • Assist with website development projects.
  • Taking design briefs from internal and external stakeholders and coordinating the delivery of work.

To be considered, you'll need to following experience:

  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
  • Experience designing websites, social media campaigns, emarketing and print brochures
  • Understanding of design for motion and video
  • Some experience with UX
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Time management and planning
  • Some experience mentoring junior members of team, offering feedback on work
  • At least 4 years of experience in a design role
  • A diverse portfolio that exhibits a range of design experience across different platforms, taking a brief from concept to completion
  • Excellent ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise them.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the wider team.
  • Well organised and selfmotivated.
  • Ability to operate effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Personable, presentable and articulate.
  • Confident and outgoing personality.
  • Effective project management skills.
  • Team player who is also able to work on their own initiative.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organisation skills.

  • Property experience an advantage.

Salary:
£35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
