circa £25,000 commensurate with skills and experience, plus Veolia benefits
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday minutes unpaid break)
Location:
Home or Hybrid working with occasional travel to Tidworth, SP9 7AW

What will you be doing?
- Regular liaison with customers and water operations technicians
- Manage all customer contact through Customer Relationship Management systems
- Maintain Dynamics Navision system as the master data store for property, customer and meter information
- Payment allocation and bank reconciliation
- Coordinate and schedule operational checks and/or repair work through Salesforce works management system
- Process routine invoice runs and adhoc credits and rebills
- Developer Services tasks including compilation and submission of CON29DW Drainage & Water Searches
- Take customer payments and set up direct debits
- Process customer refunds through Workday system
- Compliance with all Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Compliance with all Veolia policies, procedures and service level
What are we looking for?
- Experience working in a Customer Service environment using CRM / billing systems
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Good Planning and organisational skills
- Experience producing water utility invoices would be advantageous
