Description
Rhino Recruitment are looking for a qualified QC/Welding Inspector with experience within a clients workshop facility.


You will be responsible for performing visual and non-destructive examinations of welds on a variety of works, as well as conducting inspections on various stages of fabrication, installations and commissioning process.

Maintaining accurate inspection records, interpret engineering drawings, blueprints and welding procedures.


Requirements:

CSWIP 3.

1 or PCN VT Level 2 inspector qualification:
-
Shipyard or site experience is a must, familiar with steel, pipe and pressure vessels inspection

Technical drawings reading skills
:

-
History or proven experience of experience as a QC/Welding Inspector in shipyard and pressure vessels projects
:

In-depth knowledge of relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations
:

Familiarity with quality management systems and documentation

Travel and Accommodation:
Can be provided

Food Allowance:
£20 per day if non local

Rate:
Negotiable - dependent on experience


Job Types:

Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 4 months


Salary:

£25.00-£28.00 per hour

Expected hours:
No more than 60 per week


Schedule:

  • 12 hour shift
  • Night shift
