JHE & Partners are pleased to be working with a prestigious and leading business in Leeds City Centre as they look to recruit an experienced Finance Assistant to join them on a permanent basis.

This opportunity will involve working five days in the office and is an ideal time to join the business as they continue to expand.


Responsibilities:


  • Minimum of 2/3 years in a Finance Assistant position or similar.
  • Previous experience working in Sales and Purchase Ledger.
  • Daily bank reconciliations, including multicurrency transactions.
  • Credit control, cash allocations, and weekly production of debtor lists.
  • Working closely with the Finance Manager on debtors and creditors.
  • Purchase ledger duties and responding to supplier queries.
  • Sales ledger support.
  • VAT returns.
  • Fixed asset register management
  • Experience with XERO or similar.
  • Assisting with facilities management
  • AAT level 3

Salary:
£25,000-£28,000
