The working pattern is on a 4 on 4 off shift rotation days and night, 12hrs shift, you must have a
minimum 2 years security experience.

There is opportunity for additional hours over and above the basic shifts.

Essential criteria:

Capacity and calm confidence to deliver the services in pressured, often stressful, and difficult situations.
Familiar with and licensed or willing to undertake training in CCTV operation, intruder alarm systems, radio communication skills, basic PC skills
Ability to work unsupervised and prioritise your duties.
To work alone and as part of a team.
Able to work shifts over 24/7 period on shift rotation days and nights.
Excellent attendance and punctuality.
To liaise with outside agencies when required.
Ability to maintain an accurate pocket notebook
SIA door supervision, and CCTV license.
Enhanced DBS, fire safety and first aid certified

Desirable criteria:

Competent in the use of CCTV equipment.
Experience in Conflict Management.
Understanding on Mental Capacity Act.

Full training will be provided in line with RRN criteria.
