Job Summary:
Macdonald & Company are working with a growing and market leading consultancy based in central London.

Owing to business growth and demands on the business our client is looking to make their 7th hire to join an established and high performing team.

The Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity for a sales representative to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be exposed to companies' top-level business & real estate strategies.

In order to deliver credible and verifiable real estate advice, you will be immersed in training to become knowledgeable within the commercial property industry, specifically in relation to the UK office sector.

About the organisation

Our client is the UK's only 'occupier only' focused consultancy and for nearly 20 years have provided real estate advice to more occupiers in London than any other consultancy in real estate.

They employ nearly 50 people and represent some very well known brands.

The Role
This is a position to work within the B2B sales team which is a targeted environment.

You'll be working with SMEs to global corporate clients working within a competitive industry.

You'll be tasked with identifying new opportunities and presenting in house services.

You'll be driven, motivated and hungry to complete a deal and not shy of being on the phone.

You'll be a proven communicator and be able to evidence that you've got the ability to fulfil this position based on previous experience.

Salary and commission basic salary £25-35,000 per annum + commission+ many employee benefits including private health insurance
