An exciting opportunity has arisen at Manchester Metropolitan University for an enthusiastic and proactive Executive Officer to work alongside the Personal Assistants in the Executive Support team to provide a high
- quality administrative service to our stakeholders. The Executive Officer will also undertake diary management and support meetings for Heads of Department as required. This is a position where the right individual can make a difference in a vibrant, busy and fulfilling environment, joining a team working collaboratively to provide a high level of service.

About the role:


You will work alongside the PAs with responsibility for a range of activities including organising events, travel arrangements, conference bookings and supporting PA activities as required.

This is a fast-paced, varied and challenging role that requires a flexible, pro-active approach in a progressive Team and organisation.
