Responsibilities:

Driving: Transporting household members and guests as required. Running errands, grocery shopping, and managing other transportation needs.

Home Maintenance: General maintenance of the property, including basic repairs, equipment upkeep, and overseeing contractors for larger maintenance tasks.

Gardening: Assisting with garden maintenance, such as watering plants, lawn care, and outdoor cleaning.

Security: Monitoring the property's security, including the alarm system and any access control mechanisms.

Household Organization: Assisting with organizing and decluttering living spaces.

Assisting with Event Planning: Supporting the household with preparation and logistics for events or parties.


Qualifications:


  • Confident driver with a valid driver's license is essential.
  • Proven experience in home maintenance.
  • Strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of basic gardening and security systems is a plus.
  • Flexibility in working hours as needed.

Working Hours:
