Description

Over the last 35 years, The CGM Group has grown into the region's leading Grounds Maintenance company.

We provide a wide and varied range of services including Grounds Maintenance, Horticulture, Arboriculture, and Landscaping, to both public and private sector clients.

We are looking to recruit a Grounds Maintenance Operative for our South East region, more specifically, Leighton Buzzard, and surrounding areas.

You will be achieving high standards for the maintenance of a variety of sites. Previous Grounds Maintenance Experience Desirable.

This role is being offered on either a full-time, or part time, permanent basis.

Hours of work are up to 40 hours per week between the hours of 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

What you'll be doing...

To operate a range of commercial equipment including ride-on mowers, strimmers, and hedge cutters
To ensure all machinery, equipment and vehicles are well maintained at all times
Ensuring all machinery, equipment, and vehicles used are clean, present, safely stored, free from rubbish, and fit for purpose.
Maintaining grass areas
Strimming
Pruning shrubs and hedges with mechanical and hand-operated equipment.

Other Grounds Maintenance duties may be required
