In the UK, we now have over 1.3m registered users, offering a range of products like the Freetrade Pension, a stocks and shares ISA, and our premium plan, Freetrade Plus.- Our growth has all been possible because of the backing of a passionate group of over 15,000 crowdfunding investors.

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Talent Specialist to join our team. You will be driving the talent function at Freetrade across both of our technology and commercial specialisms to help grow our European presence. This will require strong management experience of stakeholders, a driven approach to problem solving and a background in delivering against plan.

You will:

Dive headfirst into understanding and embracing the Freetrade product, internal culture, and hiring landscape.
Hire across UK and internationally
Bring innovative ways to the table of how to elevate our employer brand amongst the Technology, Marketing, Finance, Risk, Compliance, People, Head Office and Operational functions.
Lead hiring meetings and keep close to our hiring roadmap to make sure the Talent team are positioned to deliver.
Provide guidance to senior stakeholders and management so that we hire the right people at the right time, whilst keeping a focus on key metrics.
Help us develop our employer brand and diversity & inclusion initiatives, ensuring we build an exceptional team that is reflective of the world around us.
Analyse market information and data and actively use this to improve and shape the hiring process across the business.
Implement and monitor KPI activity and deliver against personal and team OKRs.

About you:

Demonstrable experience in a high performing talent team in a global tech business, experience in financial technology would be desirable.
A background in harnessing data to make tangible changes and improvements to hiring processes.
Ability to hire at pace across a variety of roles but with a weighting towards software engineering, product and data in more than one global location. Ideally experience hiring in Europe and navigating hiring challenges that may arise from starting to hire in new locations.
A problem solver enthused by the challenge of impact and processchange in the way technology businesses hire.
