We are seeking a Rough Sleepers Recovery Worker

Change Grow Live are a charity dedicated to the belief that we can make a difference to our Service Users lives, offering support and respect in a safe environment, treating each user as an individual and working with them to find the right treatment and care options.

Where:
Covering North Northamptonshire. Therefore essential car usage and access to a vehicle is a requirement due to the travel involved.


Hours:37.5


Salary:
£27, £31,529.41 Pro Rata (CGL Scale dependent on experience

This is a 2 year fixed term contract


Responsibilities:


Overview:


The team is here to offer compassionate support for drug and alcohol misuse, mental health prevention, and comprehensive housing assistance to those experiencing rough sleeping in North Northants.

Our primary goal is to connect with these individuals, understand their barriers and unmet needs, and guide them towards recovery and social stability with care and understanding.
