£25,000 - £28,000 (Pro-rata)

Due to recent and ongoing expansion an opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Assistant - Finance.


Role Objective:

Reporting to the Sales Ledger and Credit Control Manager, this role is to manage invoice queries from our customers


Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve sales ledger invoice queries including value discrepancies, late deliveries, shortages, damages etc.
• Polite and efficient handling of all customer queries and complaints
• Keep up to date with all incoming queries, monitoring them in a timely and organised manner
• Making and receiving telephone calls from customers
• Assisting customers navigate their Document Manager System
• Review credit notes received daily to resolve queries.

Skills & Experience:

• Good customer service skills
• The ability to analyse problems, and to develop a clear understanding of issues so relevant information can be gathered to make informed decisions
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
