- Manage and nurture relationships with assigned marketing clients, ensuring clear communication and measurable success.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sale to delivery.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, sharing insights and recommendations to improve campaign results.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or expand client services, working towards a set monthly target.
- Carry out outreach to existing and potential clients to promote new marketing solutions and initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, and development) to ensure all client goals and timelines are met.
- Prepare performance reports and deliver strategy sessions with clients.
- Continuously look for ways to improve client satisfaction, retention, and overall marketing effectiveness.
- 2+ years' experience in account management, client services, or digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
- Good understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, social media, and email.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills.
- Confident presenting results and strategic recommendations to clients.
- Proven ability to identify and close upsell opportunities.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive, commercially minded approach.
- Interest in the property industry is a bonus.

The Role
As a Marketing Account Manager, you'll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of marketing clients. You'll oversee the full journey, from onboarding new clients to managing ongoing campaigns, ensuring each one gets the best possible results from their services with us.
You'll act as both a trusted advisor and a commercial driver: understanding client goals, ensuring delivery teams perform to a high standard, and identifying opportunities to upsell and add value. You'll also reach out to existing and prospective clients to introduce new services and campaigns that support their growth.
