FIX Support Analyst


We are currently working with an International FX e trading solutions provider, who are looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join their ever-expanding integration team.

This exciting business is an industry leader within the multi-asset cloud FX exchangesolutions space.

As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be tasked with providing level 2 support to client's across the globe.

Identifying steps to reproduce issues and replicate them by replaying FIX messages and VM's and liaising with clients for root cause analysisproviding appropriate solutions.


In order to be considered for this position you must have:

  • Over 1 years experience supporting OMS or EMA
  • Experience/Knowledge of FIX protocols
  • Basic knowledge of tools such as Java, SQL or C++
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills

Within this position you can expect to dramatically boost your exposure to:

  • Providing business workflows and technical solutions.

Hybrid(2 days per week in the London office)
