Accountabilities and Main Duties:

An exciting vacancy has arisen in our Remedials Division, with the main job description as follows:

  • To produce job packs for all planned works in line with deadlines set by manager
  • To book in planned works with clients ensuring all sitespecific arrangements are obtained and added to ERP to allow works to be completed on time and within quoted allowance.
  • Liaise with the divisional manager to ensure all information is provided to engineers for inspections
  • Communicate with all site engineers in relation to booking in of works
  • Provide administrative support to the division
  • Arrange travel plans and hotel stays

Key tasks/areas, duties and responsibilities:


  • To produce inspection job packs for all planned works.
  • To book in planned works with clients.
  • Lease with engineers to ensure job packs are returned on completion of each job
  • Arrange permits to work in accordance with clients requirements.
  • Provide written /verbal administrative support to clients when required.
  • Provide administrative support with respect to logístical requirements of the department (i.e. booking travel, organising training sessions, completing security clearances etc)
  • Adhere to the clients stated proc
