The Apprenticeship
This Apprenticeship is designed to provide you with the support to unleash your potential in the arena of HR.

The role will be offered on a fixed term contract basis for 2 years and will be an opportunity to earn while you learn, working as part of a very experienced HR team.

In partnership with Belfast Met we are committed to investing in your development enabling you to gain a Level 3 qualification in City and Guilds and a CIPD Level 3 Certificate in HR Practice.


You will spend the Apprenticeship learning how the business operates, the key work streams and relationships in HR, our client groups and the culture of the business.

You will gain a variety of HR Generalist skills and breadth of experience. The role will focus on HR generalist and recruitment tasks and other adhoc tasks as required.

Working across core departments such as HR Advice and Recruitment will provide you with practical HR experience that will equip you to think differently and embrace an exciting future filled with unique challenges and a broad range of opportunities.


The apprenticeship will commence in August 2024.

Who we are looking for

  • Previous relevant experience is not required but experience of working in any capacity would be beneficial.
  • The apprenticeship in business administration is open to those aged years who have attained the minimum school leaving age in Northern Ireland.
