We have a vacancy for a Court of Protection Legal Assistant to join our Litigation Regulatory Community Team in Legal Services on a permanent 37 hours per week basis.


An opportunity has arisen in the Council's Legal Service (Litigation) team for a Court of Protection legal assistant to join the team focusing on litigation in the Court of Protection.

You will provide legal support to the Council's Court of Protection team, including preparing court bundles and witness statements, assisting with the administration of cases and supporting the legal officers with their caseloads.

Experience in litigation, adult community care work and/or Court of Protection work is desirable.
