Yolk Recruitment is proud to be supporting a leading manufacturing company based in South Wales with their search for a Maintenance Engineer to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Our client is a well-established and rapidly growing companythat specializes in the production of high-quality products for a variety of industries.

They have a strong commitment to innovation and continuous improvement, which has led to their success in the market.


Key Criteria:

  • At least 4 years' experience of working within a manufacturing environment.
  • Multiskilled in mechanical and electrical fields.
  • Able to troubleshoot faults with control gear and PLC systems.
  • Able to work independently and make decisions.
  • Methodical thinker with a common sense approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve mechanical and electrical faults on plant and machinery.
  • Work to planned preventative maintenance schedule.
  • Complete elements of commissioning on plant and equipment.
  • Ensure general building/facilities maintenance is carried out.
  • Support the introduction of new machinery and products.
