Cover Supervisor

Location - Rochdale

Immediate start

Part time and full time depending on your availability


Career Teachers are recruiting for Cover Supervisors on behalf of a well-established secondary school that prides itself on being inclusive, supportive and at the heart of its community.


The school encourages positive relationships built around honesty and respect, and challenge students to work hard and celebrate their achievements.

You will have the support of a committed team, who work together to maintain high standards and expectations.

As a Cover Supervisor, your role is to:

  • Cover for teachers that are absent across the school
  • Deliver the planned lessons to the class
  • Supervise and support the students
  • Make sure students complete the work left by the absent teacher
  • Collect all work at the end of the lesson
  • Follow school policies and procedures.


If you are a Teaching Assistant, Sports Coach, Youth Worker, recent graduate or a ECT looking to gain more experience in the classroom then we want to hear from you.
