Description
To receipt and dispatch customer equipment in a timely manner.Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Receive equipment from couriers & customers and book into management software.
- Move goods into calibration, service or sales areas depending on customer needs.
- Package equipment for dispatch.
- Handle and administer customer collections.
- Report damaged and missing items to customers.
- Maintain and update shipping software with customer information.
- General housekeeping of goods in area.
Person Profile:
- Great attention to detail.
- Fast and accurate data entry.
- Effective communication to coworkers, suppliers, and customers.
Salary:
£10.50-£12.40 per hour
