Responsibilities:
- Assist with the planning and execution of various events
- Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and ensure their needs are met
- Provide excellent guest services by greeting and assisting event attendees
- Handle any issues or concerns that may arise during events and find appropriate solutions
- Assist in managing event budgets and tracking expenses
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the overall success of events
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the customer service industry is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
