Conveyancing Assistant - Chapel Alleton, Guiseley, Crossgates or Ilkley

The Role:


  • You will be working as a conveyancing assistant within a busy residential property department supporting a fee earner with a caseload from inception through to completion
  • The role will be varied and will involve:
  • Carrying out Land Registry searches
  • Drafting sales contracts
  • Liaising with clients
  • Exchanging contracts
  • Requesting redemption statements
  • Handling completions
  • Post Completion files

Requirements:


  • Must have experience in assisting with a sale and purchase caseload
  • Be able to work well within a team
