We are looking for a Fully Qualified Primary Teacher to join a happy, always improving school in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire

The role is full time and is set to begin when schools return in the new year 2023.

You will be teaching a mixed year 3 and 4 class for up to 8 weeks with the opportunity of being extended further.

The school is located next to a woodland area, with a dedicated forest school area joined to it.

There are over 120 pupils on role and is an ideal environment for both Fully/Newly Qualified Teachers to practice and demonstrate their skills in classroom managementand teaching.


If you are a Newly Qualified Teacher, a Fully Qualified Teacher with years of experience or an Overseas Trained Teacher, as long as you possess strong knowledge of the National Curriculum then we would love to hear from you.


Ideal applicants will also be required to:

  • Have their own transport
  • Have a professional level of classroom management skills
  • Possess Extensive knowledge of the curriculum
  • Be able to motivate and encourage primary school children to learn
  • Engage and motivate pupils by making classes interactive and stimulating


You will be supported by a Teaching Assistant who will provide overall class support, as well as work within small groups and on a 1 to 1 basis with pupils.

Successful applicants will be required to start ASAP; therefore we are looking for someone who is committed to making a real difference and is willing to 'get stuck in'

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
