Description
My client, a busy Property Developer based in Bristol is looking to bring on a Customer Care Coordinator with a background in diagnosing and dealing with defects, understanding NHBC guidelines and ideally worked with the COINS system.
This business is a very well-funded and respected family run business within the New Homes industry so would be a great career move for anyone looking to be part of a successful business and inspirational management team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Responding to incoming queries.
- Coordinate with colleagues to ensure the department is running smoothly.
- Liaising with customers and dealing with any queries.
- Building and maintaining relationships with them.
- Updating weekly reports and distribute to relevant personnel.
- Administrative support
- Going on site to visit and liaise with customers.
- General assistance to the Customer Care Manager
- Ideally have a minimum of 18 months in a similar role
- Have experience diagnosing defects and understanding NHBC guidelines.
- Be commercially astute and driven.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has worked within a Construction company, ideally a New Homes, possibly a larger PLC business and with this CCC role being an essential part to the Customer Care team and customer journey, you have got plenty of room for progression within the business.
