Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Shop Assistant. As a Shop Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our shop. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is bilingual and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.


Duties:

• Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop
• Stock shelves and replenish inventory as needed
• Assist with pricing and labeling merchandise
• Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Urdu/Hindi and English, with the ability to effectively communicate in both languages
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Basic math skills for cash handling
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but not required

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 36 months


Salary:
£26,500.00 per year
