I am seeking a team of enthusiastic, dedicated and energetic Support Staff who feel passionate about supporting people.

Variety of positions available inclusive of day time, waking nights and casual shifts, full and part time hours


Salary:
Full-time £14.07 per hour, full time based on 37.5 hours per week is £24,440.63 per annum

About the role:As my Support Worker you will be assisting and encouraging me to live my best life as I move into my own home.

I'd like you to enable me to become an integrated member of my community, promoting physical and social participation and teaching me essential life skills to further build my independence.

I've lots of skills already, I like to keep busy; my favourite thing to do is going out on my bicycle and coming home to make us all a cup of tea.


I am told I am a very likeable person, but I am not always going to be easy to support, when I am frustrated or feeling unsafe, I will communicate this to you through my behaviours.

It is very important to me that you are understanding of my needs, patient, brave and committed to supporting me.


About you:


As much as I would like people with previous experience of care to work with me, this is not essential, having the right values is more important.

My support provider, will give you all of the support and training you need with good rates of pay and benefits.

It is essential you hold a full driving licence, but I have my own vehicle.
