Due to our continuing expansion the Edward Mellor Auction Team are now looking to recruit a Sales Co-ordinator to support our sales team.


This brand new role, is an exciting opportunity to help move our business forward in an extremely fast paced environment, where you will also need to be flexible, creative, highly motivated, results driven and a great team player.


The role will involve:

  • Supporting and working closely with the team of Auction Valuers to ensure all paperwork is provided correctly and the properties are compliant and ready to market.
  • Organising the valuers with regards to property visits to obtain pictures, virtual tours, floor plans and ensuring this is all added onto the property.
  • Assisting with planning information, planning documents etc.
  • Ensuring all properties are featured correctly on the various platforms we use.
  • Liaising with solicitors when we need additional information such as Management packs
  • Managing and distributing leads, following up with potential vendors
  • Helping out within the team with incoming calls, assisting with enquiries, booking in viewings.
  • Supporting the Head of the department with tasks to ensure the smooth running of the department.
  • You will need to be highly computer literate and have the ability to manage a busy workload.

  • Work from 9am till 5:30pm (Monday
  • Thursday) 9am5pm on Friday
