At Hired By Startups, we've been exclusively engaged by a rapidly scaling, international tech scale-up in the automotive / mobility sector to hire two Sales Executives for their new UK team.


Here's what you'll be doing:

As Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for converting prospects into clients. This will include calling inbound prospects as they register their interest through one of the company's marketing channels.

You'll understand their requirements and suitabilityand move each prospect through a rapid sales process to close at which point you'll hand over to the Customer Success team.


Here's what we need to see from you:

As a rapidly scaling business, my client has a preference their new sales hires have experience in a fast paced startup / scale-up environment.


You'll need to have proven sales experience, B2B or B2C, but ideally with relatively short sales cycles - days or weeks, not months or quarters.

You'll need to show a successfully track record of managing a high number of sales processes simultaneously andclosing deals.


You'll be measured on number of hot leads converted to customers, win / loss ratio and time to close so you'll need to be very comfortable working in a fast paced target driven environment.


As you'll be joining a small team, you'll need to be highly confident being in a visible role where your success is depended upon by your colleagues.


Naturally, you'll need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong relationship building skills, persistence, resilience, and a commercial mindset.

You're in sales, so let's start with the money. £30k-£35k base salary + 20% performance bonus (paid quarterly).
