Housing Support Officer

Office location:
Leeds

(Full Time - Permanent Positions) £9.00 - £12.00 Plus Add Incentives & Monthly Bonus's)

Working hours:
Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm (No Weekends)
We are seeking a housing officer to join our team. As a housing officer, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the housing operations within our organization.

This is a fantastic opportunity if you want to play a part in making a difference to the lives of some of our most vulnerable and disadvantaged customers.

The role is hugely important as you are the key person who works collaboratively with many internal colleagues, our care & support providers and managing agent partners to ensure the customers in our supported housing schemes receive a great housing management service.

This role will be working closely with our team across the group so there will be an expectation to travel to locations mainly within the Yorkshire.

Driving licence is essential.

The housing services provided by management agents includes many practical aspects such as allocations and lettings, reporting repairs, collecting the rent, day to day health & safety checks, tenancy, and facilities management.

We are looking for someone committed to high performance and personal development, has excellent communication and influencing skills, a great team player, problem-solver, embraces change and puts great customer service at the heart of all you do.

You will also develop and maintain great relationships with our management agent to ensure our schemes for groups facing disadvantage are effectively run, including monitoring the performance of our management agents.

We are looking for someone who is active in their approach and adaptable to the ever-changing needs of our service and supported housing sector.

Flexible working is also key to support the wider team to ensure we are always responsive to the demands.
