The opportunity:


Due to our continued growth, we have a great opportunity for an Internal Recruiter to join our amazing global Talent Acquisition Team.


About you:


You'll likely be a 360-agency recruiter looking to move into internal recruitment, or someone who is already working in Talent Acquisition looking to join an exciting global business, or even a graduate with a strong personality who's egear to learn and develop quickly.


We are looking for someone who is motivated to learn, organised in their work and passionate about building relationships with people.

You will also be comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards, with an understanding on how to organise an ATS and using Teams for interviews.


About the role:


  • Partner with our hiring managers, to understand the job brief and guide them through the recruitment process providing consultative advice as required.
  • Write creative and compelling job advertisements to showcase Hybrid and attract the best talent.
  • Present job offers to successful applicants, highlighting the benefits of working for Hybrid and securing their commitment to accept.

Salary:
£21,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
