Overview:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to work within our high performing and innovative service in the county of Warwickshire.

Responsibilities:

South Warwickshire Cgl provides a lively, welcoming, recovery focused environment and delivers a range of evidence based psychosocial, pharmacological and recovery support interventions to individuals using a range of substances problematically.

South Warwickshire Cgl operates from its main hub in Leamington Spa providing community engagement and re-engagement, harm reduction, open access, group work, structured one to one sessions, medically assisted treatment, ambulatory detox and access to residential detox and rehab.

We also operate from a number of community outreach venues in Stratford-upon-Avon.

The Team Leader will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, leading to create an environment which fosters hope, empowerment and opportunities, supporting service users to reach their full potential.

They will be responsible for line-management of a team of Recovery Coordinators as operational delivery of the service.
