LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR

Are you looking for a career in property? This friendly dynamic property company in York city centre lead the way in securing one off the top agents in York. They have an outstanding opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator with full-training.

All they need is your great personality and enthusiasm for property.

  • Full time (Mon
  • Fri with Sats on a rotational basis)
  • Permanent
- £20,000 - £23,000 depending on experience


YOUR NEW JOB DUTIES.

  • Lettings administration
  • Managing a portfolio of property letting's
  • Carrying our viewings
  • Checkins and check outs
  • Inspections
  • Collecting rent and chasing arrears
  • Dealing with any tenant queries
  • Dealing with any maintenance issues
  • Coordinating contractors to carryout any maintenance works
  • Dealing with all aspects of Letting's based administration & legislative documentation

THE PERSON

  • Property experience would be beneficial but not essential
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
- **Must have a driving license
