R&D Tax Consultant - £25,000 + Commission up to £60k OTE - Harold Wood, Essex/ Remote
**The Role
Do you have experience in lead generation, sales and client relationships? If you answered yes, then this could be the right opportunity for you.
This role offers fully remote working however, you will be required to visit the company's office in Harold Wood (RM3) for meetings so a driving licence and access to your own vehicle is needed.
**Key Responsibilities: The key responsibilities of a R&D Tax Consultant include, but are not limited to:
- Identify and develop new business through networking and prospecting techniques
- Engage in calling to create interest and develop a pipeline using company's sales processes.
- Evaluating qualifying R&D activity present in relation to HMRC guidance and legislation.
- Educating clients on R&D tax credits and renewing clients for the following years.
- Move clients through the process of filing for the R&D tax credit from start to finish ensuring the clients have provided all necessary information before tax deadlines.
- Meet KPIs related to selling, customer calls or visits.
- Update company CRM portal and provide regular feedback to the sales manager.

- Basic salary £25k + generous commission £60k OTE.

The key skills and qualities of a R&D Tax Consultant are:
- At least 1 year of experience R&D tax credits.
- Experience in lead generation, sales and client relationships.
- Project management skills.
- Energetic, articulate and well presented.
- Team player and ability to work on own initiative.
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of commercial awareness.
- Office 365 knowledge.
