Executive Head Chef - Hospitality Focussed
- £48-£50,000p/a

  • Predominantly Daytime Shifts Monday
  • Friday 40 Hours Per week
  • Varied and Exciting Role covers resident and hotel dining and extensive hospitality and event catering
  • Working alongside a large FOH and Event Planning Team
  • Managing a team of 7 chefs and running a busy kitchen


Overseeing a team of 7 chefs at a provide the daily meals catering service to 700 international post graduate students, 365 days per year who live in this prestigious residential development and events space in central London.


The role will also be working alongside a large Events and FOH team to deliver an extensive hospitality offering for private events, hotel guests and high end corporate hospitality.


The venue serve everything from bar food to fine dining formal dinners and cater to a wide variety of internal and external client events and hotel guests.

Facilities include a 250 sit down capacity Great Hall with adjacent servery, a 65 bed 4* hotel and10 event meeting rooms, as well as daily meals for residents.


  • Demonstrate excellent cooking skills with a strong understanding of produce, ingredients and flavours
  • The ability to write creative and varied menus within a cost structure
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience of coaching and developing your team
  • Flexible, adaptable and calm under pressure with good time management
  • Effective communication at all levels with your team, management and client department heads.
  • Strong understanding of budget management and how to achieve it consistently
  • High attention to detail, ensuring quality and consistency of delivery
